Projects: Champerché (bioponic farm R&D), Money Walkie (neobank for young users)

Your Job

• Build complete products end-to-end
• Talk directly with clients/founders to understand needs
• Keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, blocks
• Solve problems and propose solutions
• Ship products used by real people

Not for you if you prefer only technical tasks without client interaction.

Requirements (2-4 years professional)

• React and Node.js in production
• Delivered 2-3 complete products end-to-end
• Direct communication with clients/PMs/founders
• Database design and REST APIs in real applications
• Git workflows and code review
• Fixed production bugs and critical issues
• Made technical decisions that impacted the product
