CTO / Lead Developer Position

We are a dynamic startup studio with offices in Paris, Amsterdam, and Barcelona. Our team combines deep technological expertise with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, working alongside 6 to 10 startups annually. We provide comprehensive support across three critical areas: development, product strategy, and growth acceleration.

Champerché - A cutting-edge bioponic farm in Île-de-France revolutionizing local agriculture through energy-efficient farming technologies. We lead the R&D efforts, developing breakthrough solutions to optimize farm efficiency and sustainability.

Money Walkie - A sophisticated neobank designed specifically for young consumers. This technically complex platform combines ambitious user acquisition strategies with advanced financial technology. We've been instrumental in co-creating and developing this product from conception to market.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced CTO / Lead Developer to join our leadership team and drive technical excellence across our portfolio companies. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with multiple innovative startups simultaneously, providing technical leadership and hands-on development expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic technical leadership across multiple startup projects
  • Architect and implement scalable solutions using our core technology stack
  • Mentor development teams and establish best practices across portfolio companies
  • Drive technical decision-making and technology roadmap planning
  • Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to translate business vision into technical reality
  • Lead by example through hands-on development and code review
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain technical standards across all projects

Technical Requirements

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of software development experience
  • Proven CTO or technical leadership experience
  • Strong track record of building and scaling web and mobile applications
  • Experience with full-stack development across our technology stack
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers
  • Experience working in startup environments and understanding of rapid development cycles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions under pressure
