🌍 Selego creates custom video tool for Animaj
Animaj, a $400 million entertainment company, needed an internal tool for publishing videos on YouTube, with automatic thumbnail generation and live streaming capabilities. Given this need, Selego was called upon for its technical expertise and ability to deliver solutions quickly.
Our team took charge of the project from the start, developing a MVP (Minimum Viable Product) from scratch in just a few weeks. We then iterated on this initial prototype to meet Animaj's evolving needs.

The project presented several technical and organizational challenges from the start. Integration with YouTube's API and video stream management proved particularly complex. Additionally, Animaj's large number of internal users required a robust and scalable solution.
To overcome these challenges, we structured our work in several key stages:

Week 3: Addition of thumbnail customization features
Week 4: Application deployment to production
The main deliverables of this project included an application for automated video upload and scheduling, as well as detailed code documentation. The project included several essential components such as thumbnail generator, video scheduler, playlist management, tag creation, and live streaming.
🔄 After 2 years Selego continues to boost Animaj's growth
Selego continues to play an active role in this project, now in the internalization phase after two years of collaboration. We have contributed to several major accomplishments, including Animaj's €100 million fundraising and the onboarding of dozens of users who now use the platform daily. Today, the application is used daily by more than 10 people, significantly improving Animaj team's efficiency. They are very satisfied with the results.
