With our expertise and network, we simplify access to these mechanisms while supporting entrepreneurs in structuring and succeeding in their projects regardless of their growth stage.

The Innovation Axes Diagnostic

The Innovation Axes Diagnostic is an aid offered by Bpifrance to support SMEs and mid-sized companies (less than 2,000 employees) that haven't received innovation aid for at least 2 years. This mechanism allows companies to identify potential innovation axes or evaluate the feasibility of a specific project.

It can include:

• Ideation actions to integrate an innovation approach and generate new projects
• Technical pre-studies
• Technical-economic studies
• Market studies
• Filing of a first French patent

Selego, as a certified structure, accompanies you in this process and guides you throughout. Bpifrance finances up to 50% of costs, with a ceiling of €16,000 including tax.

The Design Diagnostic

The Design Diagnostic, offered by Bpifrance, supports SMEs and mid-sized companies (less than 2,000 employees) in developing or redesigning their products or services. It's intended for innovative or industrial companies registered in France and up to date with their social and tax contributions.

This mechanism provides a complete diagnostic performed by a design expert. The support includes an in-depth analysis of the company, its market, products or services, and their life cycles. It identifies improvement opportunities related to usage, eco-design, and environmental challenges. The cost is €3,000 excluding tax for a service design diagnostic, and €4,000 excluding tax for a product design diagnostic, 50% covered by Bpifrance. Note: this diagnostic excludes projects related to graphic identity, SEO, or marketing platforms.

Research Tax Credit (CIR) and Innovation Tax Credit (CII)

The Research Tax Credit (CIR) and Innovation Tax Credit (CII) are tax mechanisms designed to reduce company expenses by financing part of their research, development, and innovation spending. Thanks to its expertise and certified status, Selego helps companies make the most of these opportunities to boost their projects.

CIR: For research and development projects

The CIR helps all companies, regardless of size, finance their research activities.

• Aid rate: 30% of expenses up to €100M (50% in Overseas Territories)
• Covered expenses: Researcher salaries, equipment, patent costs, and projects entrusted to approved laboratories or organizations
• Objective: Encourage creation of new knowledge or technologies

CII: For innovating SMEs

The CII is exclusively for SMEs designing prototypes or pilot facilities for new products.

• Aid rate: 30% of expenses in Metropolitan France (up to 60% in Overseas Territories)
• Covered expenses: Prototype design and creation, dedicated staff salaries, costs related to technical, ecological, or functional innovation
• Objective: Support companies creating innovative and not yet commercialized products

French Tech Tremplin

The French Tech Tremplin program, managed by Bpifrance as part of the "Entrepreneurship Districts 2030" initiative, aims to introduce more diversity into the French Tech ecosystem. This mechanism supports startups created by entrepreneurs from various social backgrounds, with strong innovation and scalability ambitions, particularly in the digital field.

The Incubation component is for established companies and offers:

• Personalized support for 12 months from a partner incubator or accelerator
• A financial grant to implement an innovation project

This program targets projects focused on rapid development through product, service, or technological innovation, excluding agriculture, fishing, and aquaculture sectors.
