🌍 Modernizing outreach teams for optimized coordination
Until 2020, outreach teams operated without digitalization, which limited information sharing between teams. Guillaume, an intrapreneur, saw an opportunity to make these teams more efficient by adopting a digital approach. His primary goal was to modernize operations and simplify coordination between teams.
🏔️ Custom technical solutions to secure and digitalize outreach teams in constrained environments
Following our usual methodology, we developed an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) in just a few weeks, thanks to the field-based approach used by developers.
The main challenges included managing health data, requiring strong encryption to ensure confidentiality, and operating in environments with limited internet connectivity. These constraints were overcome through adapted technical solutions, ensuring information security and service accessibility even in difficult conditions.
📈 From experimentation to success, a sustainable project funded by Regional Health Agencies
After three years of incubation and acceleration within the Digital Factory of Social Ministries, after obtaining FAST funding, and given the success of this experiment, MANO was transferred to GIP SESAN, GRADEs of ARS IDF on March 1st, 2024. The platform is now funded by six Regional Health Agencies for this first year of sustainability, ensuring the continuity and expansion of this promising project.
